I wonder how many moths one person will see over their lifetime? Although we see them a lot - have you ever wondered……. is it a moth or is it a butterfly? What colours are moths? What do they eat? Do they ever sleep!? Come and find out the answers to these questions and more when we open the light trap.
This one hour workshop is aimed at getting children up close and face to face with nature. It will focus on finding out all about marvellous moths and identifying different moth species.
This workshop takes place from 10:15-11:15. You will be met by Ruth our moth expert, at our cafe. Please note each £15 ticket includes 1 adult and 1 child.
Please dress for the weather and wear stout footwear, this event takes place inside the walls of the garden. Your ticket includes admission to the Secret Garden to explore after the workshop.
