Saturday Morning Yoga with Abby at Carey’s Secret Garden. Available April - September.

These sessions run from 9am - 10.15am each Saturday morning.

Join Abby Faye for a 75-minute yoga session where the guiding principle is simply ‘take what you need’. Throughout the practice, you'll be encouraged to listen inward and move in a way that feels helpful and supportive to your body.

Together, we’ll breathe and move to cultivate awareness—an essential element of yoga that helps lay the foundation for self-care, and by extension, care for others and the world around us. Expect to be guided with compassion as you take a pause to be present and soak up the abundant nature of Carey’s with all of your senses.

“I’m delighted to be sharing yoga for the fourth summer at Carey’s, following on from my dear friend & teacher, Sonja Lockyer. It really is a highlight of the season to see old and new faces and share the teachings of yoga in such a serene setting. The deeply nourishing nature of these sessions is a privilege to be part of” 

Location:

Sessions are held on the clover lawn beside the great oak tree. In the event of poor weather, we’ll gather indoors.

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat (consider placing a towel underneath to keep it clean)
  • Water
  • Cosy socks, a jumper, and a blanket to stay warm during the closing relaxation
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to settle. Then extend your blissful morning by staying for a coffee & chat or explore the gardens & delicious smelling roses
  • Please wear any clothes you feel comfortable moving in.

Ticket Delivery

  • All Tickets for Events, Workshops and Garden Visits will be sent via Email (Please check your Spam/Junk Folders in case they are delivered there by mistake)
  • Detailed directions to the Secret Garden will be sent with your booking confirmation and tickets.
