The garden is open on the following dates in November for daytime garden visits; 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 19th.
There is a Christmas Market on the eve of 14th November and during the day on Sat 15th November (please book via the event listing). For the remainder of November and December we will be open in the evening on Thurs, Fri and Saturday for the Enchanted Garden Night Trails. Then from 18th - 23rd December Father Christmas will be here too.
- If you need to book for more than 5 adults, please split your booking across two transactions
- You will receive your booking confirmation via email, along with a link to detailed directions to find the Secret Garden
- Family Tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5-12 yrs) or 1 adult and 3 children (aged 5-12 yrs)
- Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear

Sorry, we can only welcome assistance/service dogs, in their uniform and on leads. This is due to the sensitive wildlife we have on site.
- The coffee shop will be open throughout your visit with light refreshments. Please bring your own reusable mug if possible to help us reduce waste.

You can arrive anytime on the day of your booking so there is no rush to be here if you fancy a lie-in! Last entry is 1 hour before closing. There are no restrictions on how long you can stay at the garden during opening hours, although we anticipate visits to last 1-2 hours.

Concessions Policy for Carers
As a small, independent garden, we’re only able to offer complimentary entry for carers in specific circumstances — for example, if the guest would be unable to experience the garden fully without support, such as only visiting briefly for a coffee or short stroll.
