Ticket Information:
- Garden Admission is £11.50 for Adults, £4.50 for Children (5-12yrs), under 5's are FREE
- If you need to book for more than 5 adults, please split your booking across two transactions
- Family Tickets are £30 and valid for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5-12 yrs) or 1 adult and 3 children (aged 5-12 yrs)
- You will receive your booking confirmation via email, along with a link to detailed directions to find the Secret Garden. This booking confirmation IS your ticket, we don't send physical tickets in the post.

Sorry, we can only welcome assistance/service dogs, in their uniform and on leads. This is due to the sensitive wildlife we have on site.
- The coffee shop will be open throughout your visit with light refreshments. Please bring your own reusable mug if possible to help us reduce waste.

You can arrive anytime on the day of your booking so there is no rush to be here if you fancy a lie-in! Last entry is 2 hours before closing. There are no restrictions on how long you can stay at the garden during opening hours, although we anticipate visits to last 1-2 hours.
- Your ticket includes admission to the Berlin Wall Exhibit and Parking. Please note the car park is approx. 5-8 minute walk from the entrance to the gardens along an undulating gravel track. It may not be suitable for wheelchair/accessible vehicle users.
- If you need to make use of our accessibility drop-off point please email us ahead of your visit and call 07927 132 148 on arrival at the gardens and one of the team will guide you where to go.
- All tickets are non-refundable unless Careys has to close the gardens for example; due to severe weather. If you need to swap your booking to a different day, please email us on hello@careyssecretgarden.co.uk
- Concessions Policy for Carers
As a small, independent garden, we’re only able to offer complimentary entry for carers in specific circumstances — for example, if the guest would be unable to experience the garden fully without support, such as only visiting briefly for a coffee or short stroll.
If you're unsure whether this applies, please do get in touch — we're always happy to help and want everyone to feel welcome.
