Description

Hylotelephium 'José Aubergine', also known as stonecrop, is a clump-forming perennial that adds bold structure and rich tones of deep purple and pink to any garden. Its star-shaped pink flowers bloom in late summer through early autumn.

  • Height: 0.1-0.5m.
  • Spread: 0.1-0.5m.
  • Flowers: Summer-autumn.
  • Hardy perennial.
  • Plant sold in a 2 litre pot.

All plants grown naturally in a chemical free environment in peat-free compost.

  • Mulch well in autumn.
  • Prune back old growth to the base in spring as the new growth shoots from the bottom.
  • Every few years the plant can be lifted and divided, giving you new plants. 
  • Full sun.
  • Likes moist well draining soil.
