Your tickets will be delivered by email (please check your spam/junk folders). For Garden Visits please select your ticket types, quantity needed and a date & time slot. For all other Events please select tickets from the options in the drop down boxes below. If you're booking for an Event, your ticket will INCLUDE Garden Entry.

Opening Times

Thursday–Saturday: 10:00am–3:00pm in October, Friday-Saturday 10am - 3pm in November and December (look out for our Enchanted Night Gardens and Father Christmas Experience too!)

You can arrive anytime during your booked day. Last entry is 2 hours before closing. Most visits last around 1–2 hours, but you're welcome to stay for as long as you like during opening hours.

Adult: £7.50
Child (5–12 years): £3.00
Under 5s: Free
Family Ticket: £20 (2 adults & 2 children)

Please note: If booking for more than 5 adults, please split your booking into two transactions.

Your booking confirmation email is your ticket, we don't send out physical tickets. Please provide an email address/phone number when booking to receive your confirmation and directions to the gardens. We may also use this information to contact you with any updates to your booking. You can print your confirmation or simply show us your confirmation email on a smart device when you arrive.

Important Information Before You Visit - PLEASE READ

  • Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
  • Only assistance/service dogs are permitted.
  • Our coffee shop is open throughout the day for drinks and light refreshments.
  • Bringing a reusable cup is appreciated.
  • The car park is a 5–8 minute walk from the garden entrance along a gravel track, which may not be suitable for all visitors.

If you need to use our accessibility drop-off point, please email us before your visit and call 07927 132 148 when you arrive.

Booking Terms

Tickets are non-refundable unless Careys has to close the gardens (for example, due to severe weather).
If you need to change your booking date, please email hello@careyssecretgarden.co.uk.

Carer Tickets

We offer complimentary carer admission where a visitor would be unable to enjoy the garden without support.
