Description

Penstemon x mexicali ‘Mauve’, our own introduction! Mound morning very hardy penstemon with mid green shiny foliage. In early summer it is absolutely smothered in deep mauve flowers with a clear white centre. This plant is a magnet to pollinators.

  • Height: 40cm.
  • Spread: 50cm.
  • Flowers:  June - September.
  • Hardy perennial.
  • Plant sold in a 2 litre pot.

All plants grown naturally in a chemical free environment in peat-free compost.

  • Trim back spent inflorescences to induce further flowering to late summer.
