A garden for everyone

Behind a 150 year old wall, situated just outside of Wareham, Dorset, sits 3.5 acres in the midst of transformation. Left untouched for more than 40 years, this garden is now flourishing once again.

Boundaries are marked by edible hedgerows. Trees have been planted that’ll fruit the best of British, as well as roses, flowers, veggie patch and herb gardens.

Left wild and untamed for 40 years, Careys was rediscovered in 2019. Lovingly and sensitively restored, it opened to visitors in 2021. Come and explore.
