Whether you’re a seasoned naturalist or just looking for something different, this is a truly unique experience not to be missed.

The session begins with an engaging introduction to slime moulds, exploring their life cycles, behaviour, and practical uses, accompanied by stunning visuals of different species captured by macro photographer Max Mudie.

The workshop concludes with a creative session where you’ll revive a dormant sclerotia (slime mould) and construct your own slimearium using recycled materials. Once active, your slime mould pet can be fed, monitored, and even filmed in action with a slimelapse (timelapse).
