Description

Salvia patens 'Giant Form', a larger version of the species, with huge gentian blue flowers and an interestingly different leaf with a dark mottling. 

  • Height & spread: 50 - 60cm.
  • Flowers: May/June - October.
  • Borderline hardy.
  • Plant sold in a 2 litre pot.

All plants grown naturally in a chemical free environment in peat-free compost.

Planting & Care Guide

  • Mulch well in Autumn or lift out tubers and store in a dry frost-free environment.
  • Full sun.
  • Well draining soil.
  • Watch out for slugs and snails on emerging spring growth.
