Description
Salvia microphylla var. microphylla, an upright evergreen bushy salvia, thought to originate from the mountain regions of Central & South America. bears masses of coarse flowers for a long period which are a magnet to pollinators. Small, mid green leaves have a strong smell of blackcurrants.

- Spread: 80cm.
- Flowers: May/June - November.
- Hardy perennial.
- Plant sold in a 2 litre pot.
All plants grown naturally in a chemical free environment in peat-free compost.
Planting & Care Guide
- Full sun.
- Likes well draining soil.
- Cut back hard to emerging new growth in spring and then again by 1/3rd in early July to maintain a good shape and encourage flowering right up to the first frost.
