Ribes uva-crispa ‘Pax’, this variety of gooseberry produces a delicious large red berry which is perfect for turning into jams and baking, or it can be eaten straight from the bush! This variety is a reliable and good cropper, the branches are also virtually spineless in comparison to other gooseberry varieties.
