Description
Gather at a tucked away secret garden, where we will embrace the season of October to learn the art of traditional besom making.
Each broom will be unique, with a variety of handles, charms and decorative embellishments that you can fully customise to your taste.
Whether you are looking for something special to celebrate Samhains season, or learn an ancient endangered art form, this workshop will be full of spirit and practical beauty.
The flow of the day:
- Select your favourite handle, with input from the tutor about the symbolism and folk law of each wood available.
- Choose your flowers and charms
- be guided through each step to assemble your broom.
- decorate!
Workshop starts: 12pm
Workshops ends: 4pm
Ticket Delivery
- All Tickets for Events, Workshops and Garden Visits will be sent via Email (Please check your Spam/Junk Folders in case they are delivered there by mistake)
- Detailed directions to the Secret Garden will be sent with your booking confirmation and tickets.
