    Meet Dom, our brilliant Gardener at Careys Secret Garden! With a deep love for all things permaculture, Dom is all about working with nature to create a thriving, sustainable garden. His passion and dedication have recently earned him the opportunity to manage our secret Nursery, where he’s nurturing the next generation of plants with care and expertise. Whether he’s growing, propagating, or sharing his knowledge, Dom brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does—helping our garden (and community) flourish!

    Beth is passionate about plants and brings her enthusiasm to every aspect of Careys Secret Botanicals. Working alongside Dom at the nursery, she tends to our growing collection, ensuring each plant receives the care it needs to thrive. From nurturing seedlings to carefully packaging your orders.

    Beyond the nursery, Beth supports Dom behind-the-scenes to keep everything running smoothly — managing admin and helping to share our story through our social channels. Her dedication to both plant care and business growth makes her an essential part of our team.

    Pia

    Meet Pia, our wonderful Hospitality and Events Coordinator at Careys Secret Garden! From ensuring the coffee shop runs smoothly to organising inspiring events and workshops, Pia is the heart behind our garden’s warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a keen eye for detail and a love for creativity, she brings people together to enjoy everything Careys has to offer. Pia is also a talented artist, and you can find her beautiful cards and gifts in our shop—perfect little treasures to take home!

    Savannah

    Meet Savannah, our lovely Hospitality Team Leader at Careys Secret Garden! You'll find her in the coffee shop and at Careys events, always ready with a warm smile and a friendly chat. Hospitality runs in the family—her mum, Anna-W, runs our weekly parent and toddler group, making Careys an extra-special place for both visitors and little ones! Whether she’s serving up delicious treats or helping at events, Savannah’s welcoming nature makes every visit feel like home.

    Immy

    Meet Immy, our wonderful Hospitality Team Member at Careys Secret Garden! As the youngest member of the team, she’s been part of Careys’ story from the very beginning—literally! Back in 2019, she and her sister were the first to push through the old wooden gates and rediscover the garden. As the daughter of our garden ‘finder’ Simon, Immy has grown up surrounded by its magic and is always happy to share stories about life at Careys. She also makes a brilliant coffee, so be sure to stop by for a chat and a cuppa!

  • Enzo

    Meet Enzo our Pizza King! You’ll often find Enzo in the outdoor kitchen, hand-prepping pizzas and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Enzo also works alongside the rest of the hospitality team in the coffee shop.

    Working alongside his sister Savannah, the two make a brilliant hospitality duo, keeping everything running seamlessly and making sure every visitor feels looked after.

  • Flo

    Flo is a valued part of our weekend and events team, always on hand to support across the garden and help keep everything running smoothly. Whether she’s welcoming visitors, helping behind the scenes, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, Flo brings a calm, positive energy to every shift.

    Known for being one of the friendliest faces you’ll meet, Flo’s kindness and work ethic make a real difference to both the team and our visitors.
